Welcome to the Community, recentgradd10. In my view, you would be better off to try to understand yourself better. More specifically, why would you contemplate continuing a relationship with a guy that has so little respect for you?

One of the tags is "engagement." If you think a guy will stop cheating because of a ceremony, you may want to do some rethinking.
