I don't know if this will help you determine if you are Mentally ill or not. A doctor told me once because I was so worried that I was so mentally ill no one could help me. So this doctor; psych doctor said to me, "Crew, people that have to ask if they are mentally ill aren't because those that are mentally ill don't know they are mentally ill and if you have to ask then your not." Now I am not sure if that makes sense to you but it sure did to me, even though at times I feel mentally unstable.
I think your more aware and that is a gift. There is alot of support to be had around here, check this place out and hope to see you around.
