I have been using Spark for my tracking my kidney support diet but should be doing better with weight on it.
It would be nice to have some encouragement from folks that are likely to be "emotional eaters".
I maintain plateaus this one has been for about 3 years. Hard to go backwards once it goes on though. I am a petite 5ft 1 inches and 156. This is way too much weight for my small frame and very unhealthy. Anyway sign me up.
