Wahoo! It's a party!
My goal this week? Exercise (on my mini stepper) for at least 30 minutes, at least 5 days this week. Also seriously cut back on the snacking.
Because increasing exercise can often cause a person to gain a little weight at first, I won't set a weight loss goal this week... I just hope to not gain anything.
I'm seriously thinking about going to one of those weight loss clinics to see if I can get them to give me a prescription for some phentermine (an appetite suppressant). Has anyone ever been to one of those? Did you like it? Did it work?
