I am so in. I just went up on Seroquel and I have put on about 8 lbs in two weeks.
So far I am up 40lbs from my best weight when I was eating well and working out two years ago. It is time to do something. I have joined weight watchers, but have been so busy the last couple of weeks and working on stability that my eating has been all over.
I went to the gym today and used the eliptical and then the upper body machines.
My goal is to go to the gym 5 days and two of those days will be yoga. Then I will weigh in on Saturday morning.
