I bit the bullet and weighted myself and it is 155 which is a relief as my eating has been all over the map.
I always weigh in the morning but in my clothes because that is what they weigh me at the doctors office.
I am active (walking for about 3-4 hours) twice a week as a rule. This week it will be 3 plus. I stop to scan things and start up again. Not aerobic but does burn calories. On the other days I am on the computer a lot.
I will not slack on spark and input my food today.
