of course this is up to you but that sounds like a bad relationship. If he's already "cheated" on you with her... still hasn't gotten rid of her on FB etc... don't get engaged.

Give yourself a chance to know other relationships. I know this sound cliche, but you're young and deserve more. I would say, move on with your life.
