Because increasing exercise can often cause a person to gain a little weight at first, I won't set a weight loss goal this week... I just hope to not gain anything.
I'm seriously thinking about going to one of those weight loss clinics to see if I can get them to give me a prescription for some phentermine (an appetite suppressant). Has anyone ever been to one of those? Did you like it? Did it work?

I'm nervous about any drugs for weight loss, especially in conjunction with what I already take..the downside, even if it's effective, is that you will eventually quit taking it, and I'm the kind of person who will take advantage of it and procrastinate on actually changing my lifestyle, so I would definitely gain the weight back.
