Yes all my parnters in the past have known, mine are on my upper arms. Usually, it occurs early in the relationship and usually while we're cuddling or something. They'll run over it with thier hands and then stop and look at it and ask what it's from and I just look at them and I say, oh I did that. The reactions have been sad, angry and accepting. No matter what the reaction, if he truly likes you he will accept you for who you are! *hugs* and best wishes!
