I had a friend who took started taking Effexor, after trying a few others like Prozac and Paxil.

Anyway she became a different person..but not for the good. She would seem to be in a daze, would not talk and basically stopped communicating. yet she said it gave her energy and she NEEDED it.

We don't even talk anymore, and that's sad. I don't even know what happened, she was never like this until Effexor.
