The Zoloft dose you are taking is not high. I take over 100mg Zoloft per day myself and my pdoc wants me to try and go up to 200mg per day (which is the maximum recommended daily dose for Zoloft). But the Xanax dose sounds extremely high....Did you mean 0.5mg 4x a day?? That would sound about right.
