nvr mnd, Yes, I feel exactly how you explained. I work myself up thinking I'm not going to get any sleep and it makes it worse. Sometimes the only way I know that I've slept is because I dream and then when I wake up it doesn't even feel like I've slept at all. When I do get to fall asleep I wake up every hour on the hour. That for me is a good night sleep. I know that's bad, but thats the best I can get. I hope you're sleep gets better.
