hi all, so i went to the group. He wasn't that bad actually. We had to fill in a questionnaire about how we've been feelin in the last 2 weeks and stuff like that. As it was the first group they jus told us about the group and what mentalising meant. Its basically basically how we think about and see ourselves from the outside and how we think about and see others from the inside instead of how we are on the inside and how we see others from the outside and how we judge them, if that makes sense. So they will help us to gain techniques that will help us cope with everyday situations. I'm glad i went but i had to have a private chat with one of the clinical psychologists about my questionnaire because i scored high on some points which concerned her. And thought my safety may be at risk so now we going down some other channels to get the right help i need for my bipolar which i'm glad about. Take care all
