More van aggravation...

My hours and days have changed at the hospital program...

This morning I got up the nerve (I have a phone phobia) to call the van/transportation company to make sure they had my schedule changes.

I spoke to someone and confirmed they got my schedule change from the hospital. I asked what time to expect the van and they gave me a time period.

Very good!

Well that time period comes and goes. I don't want to miss another day, so I get up the nerve to call again. It is harder this time because this is what I'm afraid of... calling twice and having them say "we already told you, the van will be there!" (I know that I'm the customer and I have the right to call, but that's why this is a phobia rather than a fear... )

So I call again, speak to someone different, and they tell me "Well, we don't come until you call" so they are sending someone now. That's probably why I wasn't picked up yesterday and had problems last week... but NOBODY said that's how it is supposed to work and most days they DO come without me calling so something is just all screwed up with the whole service.

At least I know they are on their way now. I'll be late but at least I'll be there.
