- It's been almost 7 years, I've been read twice in as many days.
- The way everyone assumes that all of my problems must stem from my gender issues. The gender issues certainly complicate things, but aren't I allowed to have a bad day every once in a while for other reasons?
- The little "surprises" that can ruin a perfectly good thing - I got a job today, but in the interview discovered that I had attended high school with one of the interns. Fantastic. Not only will I have to deal with interacting with the guy, now it's going to look weird if the boss says something to him and he doesn't know me. Isn't starting a new job stressful enough without having to deal with these things.
