i dont have a pdoc/shrink, i just got the meds from my GP.

i dont have any major incidents that have caused this, its just smething i get i guess. if i wanted anything apart from SSRIs or tricyclics i would have to go to pdoc which i dont wanna do.

anyways ty for advice.
