Hi everyone, I had to take a break from forum for personal reasons. My boyfriend of 4 1/2 years, and fiancee' of 2 1/2 years broke our engagement. It is a long story how this came to be. I was devastated at first, but I am doing much better with it now. In fact he has been around a lot stating that he just wants to be friends. I am away at my Mom's right now and have thought things over and decided for many reasons to numerous to mention that I now think that this was really for the best. I had questioned my myself over the past year if I really felt it would be safe to marry this man and I knew in my heart of hearts that I had doubts. I have had 2 very bad marriages and divorces and wasn't sure I could ever stand not having the relationship work out if we got married. As my Mom said, "Be very glad that at least you weren't married" and you know what I think was Mom was very right.
