Have you ever done any counseling or therapy? A good therapist can really help in giving you the tools you need to learn to let go of your anger. Anger is our strongest emotion, and therefore is the most devastating to us mentally. It doesn't mean you don't have the right to be angry, but when it affects you negatively like this, then you have to deal with it before it eats you alive. I don't think you have to forgive the people in your life for what they've done, but you do need to change how you react to it. It's a matter of your survival, and you're the one that counts.
