We have recently awakened and we take our work seriously and seeing how love and compassion works from within and without we know that you can learn to trust again and you can learn to sense who will hurt you

Those who begin as friends should be given a probationary term as friends so they then must prove in that time that they are trustworthy as friends

In our system it is our responsibility to not allow ourselves to open up too quickly because we so dearly want and need that friendship and we open to the wrong people those who either take advantage or tire of us quickly and stop responding as friends should

We have been through this we all have heard Rhiannon speak of it and we have shared memory so understanding this is easy for us I as Heleni feel for your pain feel for your sadness and upset emotions and it is easy to understand how you feel this way
