Just don't hold it in. Get rid of the bad feelings in a safe way. I pray that you don't turn out like me. I got to the point that I would hold it all in, and now I don't say anything, even if I have a good reason to.
I have a very hard time expressing myself to friends, family and my spouse. I just nod my head, take it and stew for a while. But when the time comes that I have to express myself (like to my pdoc) I stutter and my mind goes blank.
I honestly believe that if I had an outlet earlier in life I would not be this way....
