I don't have much in the way of pain compared with others but I do have a few painful things, I won't go into here.
On my search for what works best I learned that stretching is good but hyper-extending is not okay. So, I had to pull back a bit. It actually made a difference in some locations, especially my shoulder.
Gus, I just really never thought of the snorkle idea. When I was told that swimming lengths was actually aggravating my body, I stopped

I love swimming so that was such a loss for me. All the water fitness classes are during the day, that are close by so it was then up to me to go it on my own, so of course I didn't go. Bad Hunny.

I was also worried about drying out my skin and of course my hair and there you go...all my excuses.
But, I like the idea of snorkle...now to overcome those fears from my mom saying those are dangerous

but I'm sure with some instruction I can overcome.
