Yes the meds take time. It can be frustrating, but it's worth the effort. You may want to consider tracking your mood and note any triggers i.e. what you ate, drank, stress etc. I found a great free one on line at http://www.medhelp.org/land/mood-tracker Just a heads up it's a password protected site, but if you don't set your tracker to private other members can view your tracker. I also use the journal function on the tracker, so I keep mine set at private.
