People hold them selves to profection but where do they learn that from? everyone else. When others make you feel bad because they are holding you to profection you are ignoleging them saying this and believeing something is wrong with you. It is close to the same was just mearly holding yout self to profection. It is simply feeling that you need to be in perfection to everyone elses ideas. Just what I think wether it is true or not depends on how the reader takes it.
