((((((jrae)))))) I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering so. I sure know what it feels like to be in a similar place as you describe. You wrote " everyone makes it that much harder for me". I am sorry that people are making it so much harder for you. What are they doing that makes it harder?
Sometimes the right meds can really make a big difference. And a good therapist. I hope that these are available to you. I know that not everyone has access to these, for various reasons.
I hope that you can get the break you so long for, and deserve
