just take it a second at a time ....thats all yu ahve to do - you can do one second right? - thenanother - then another - then its a minute andan hour and a day, this is how we have to live sometimes when things are piling up on us - is there someone out there you can talk to RL - about how you are feeling? Do you have a T?

if you dont have a T (therapist) maybe its time to sdee a dr asnd see if you can get a referral - you sound desperate - and yuo have reached out for help and thats great - thats shows you are strong.
