I hate having to wonder every time I eat something new is this going to make me sick. I read the label on my new cereal and still got sick. I feel like a mac truck hit me. I emailed the company to see if their cereal is gluten free and they told me that their cereal isn't gluten free. Why is it that I am stuck with either bland cereal or cereal that is very expensive? I hate being gluten intolerant. I can't and won't go back to eating gluten just to see if I am celiac plus the blood test came back normal so who's to say the other tests won't come back the same way too. Plus I am doing so good just not eating gluten so we know gluten is the problem. I am just so frustrated that I can't branch out and be creative in my eating.
