You obviously have a good handle on your rhythms. "Boredom"
may be the most exploitable phase.
After expending all that psychic energy during your Interest phase, you probably need to rest and recuperate. A combination of mastering
relaxation techniques (those that work for
you) and classic CBT
thought-stopping techniques (such as those used against intrusive or dangerous thoughts) may help transform the Boredom into true rest and reduce the severity of the Depression phase.
Personal Comment: I've not had much success with thought-stopping techniques. Your mileage may vary.
