I am so sorry about this. I know where you are. I come and go from this place myself. Just so you know Trix are gluten free. I just had my first box since being a kid last week. I ate almost the whole box in two days. Fruity pebbles are also gluten free. The flavored Chex mixes and the Rice Chex and Corn Chex are gluten free. These are the main stream cereals that I know of that are gluten free. Have you checked out any of the gluten free cook books. There are some good ones out there. I haven't invested in any of them yet. But I know there are people who really like them. I think that would help you branch out more. I know when I first started I was very limited in what I ate, and have now branched out some.

These lists will help you figure out what foods are safe and what are not. Some of the ingredients are obvious (things that list wheat) whereas some of them are not obvious at all. When I first started shopping for gluten free items, and now when I want to try something new, I would take these lists with me to help me decide what was safe and what was not. I hope these help you find safe foods to eat. Plus I just find www.celiac.com very helpful in all of their information and their message board.
