These are the main stream cereals that I know of that are gluten free. Have you checked out any of the gluten free cook books. There are some good ones out there. I haven't invested in any of them yet. But I know there are people who really like them. I think that would help you branch out more. I know when I first started I was very limited in what I ate, and have now branched out some.
Have you seen these lists:
Safe Gluten Free foods/ingredients list:
http://www.celiac.com/articles/181/1...nts/Page1.html
Unsafe Gluten Free foods/ingredients list:
http://www.celiac.com/articles/182/1...nts/Page1.html
These lists will help you figure out what foods are safe and what are not. Some of the ingredients are obvious (things that list wheat) whereas some of them are not obvious at all. When I first started shopping for gluten free items, and now when I want to try something new, I would take these lists with me to help me decide what was safe and what was not. I hope these help you find safe foods to eat. Plus I just find www.celiac.com very helpful in all of their information and their message board.

I got an email from Post (the makers of Fruity Pebbles) stating that their cereal is not gluten free. It is Cupcake Pebbles that is making me so sick. I had box of the generic kind and didn't get sick but we shopped at a different store this week and their version said on the box it could contain wheat.
Post said that while their cereal is made on a dedicated line their factories are not totally gluten free. So I guess that explains why I am so sick.
I will have to get some of the flavored Chex cereals because I don't like the plain ones except in Chex mix.
