(((hugs))) um... that IS part of anxiety, imo. I do NOT IM at all! I don't even reply to emails unless I'm "up" to it... the chat room here is pretty friendly... I've been to many other sites who have smaller windows and fewer icons to denote who is talking... and they fly sometimes maliciously (flooding and stuffing) and I dread going there... but here... you can create your own chat room and make the rules like S L O W D O W N please. hehehe Yeah, I know the feeling..
