Switch to a whole grain like oatmeal. Oats don't, themselves, have gluten but they may have been processed in a factory that was processing wheat (kind of like the whole peanut thing now where you can't buy any other nut without being told it might have peanuts in it) so you can try a brand and see how it is for you (not Quaker, they load in salt and other stuff, I use McCann's) before you go to the work of trying for one certified gluten free that might be more expensive. I don't think any of the commercial brands of regular cereal (Post, Kellogg's, General Mills) are going to be gluten free?
