it's their loss if they don't know how to care about others ((((you))))) (((((me)))) we have to learn to take care of ourselves just BECAUSE... we have to do what we know is best for ourselves... no one else will (except maybe my T!) whether we feel like it or not.. we just have to... maybe sometime in the future it will matter more than it does today... heavy sigh.
