Ok, this may seem like a strange few questions, but I submitted a Q to the Ask a therapist earlier today, and at the time I thought I understood what was said, but now I don't. If anyone has sumbitted one before and had it answered I would love some help on this XD

The statement where it said 'this is free' (paraphrased), did that actually apply to the whole thing?

How do you know if your question has been answered? It said that if it was it would be up on the site in 2 weeks, but do I just have to watch the section and hope I see it, or will it be e-mailed/messaged that you have an answer? I didn't quite understand that bit.
