Well it happened again. I got "glutened". Mom and I went out to lunch at a place that I thought would be safe..Steak n Shake. We had coupons and I asked the server about the french fries and opted not to have them as they are fried with all the other fried foods. Didn't ask what was sprinkled on the burgers for flavoring BIG MISTAKE. I am sick again .

I was supposed to have a fun night out with my Aunt and we were going to go see the new Facebook movie and then out to eat. I haven't been to the movies in ages and was looking forward to it. Now I am stuck being at home being sick. I remember commenting to mom that boy these mushrooms sure are salty and that was that. I even got the burger without the bun thinking I would be safe.

Makes me want to never eat out ever again. I know that isn't rational thinking because it doesn't happen very often. I did email the company though about the service because the service we got was nasty. So we will see what comes of it.
