See if your medical aid will not cover T sessions for you too. It will help you work through whatever emotions are underlying and causing you to SI.
Alternatively, and I don't know if it exists, is it possible to order a book through Kalahari.net that will teach you how to deal with your emotions, or CBT?
Maybe some some guys on here have suggestions (Will start a thread now, cos It's soemthing I'm interested in too)
