Welcome to the DD forum. You are most welcome to ask questions and ask for opinions. There is nothing in the website rules here that state we can't diagnose. It would just be unwise to do so as we don't get the whole picture.
I'm sorry you have this going on, remember that full blown DID is rare while dissociation is not and there can be many reasons for this.
The helpful test posted above can give you a starting block on finding out what is going on and could be very good for you to share this and other symptoms with your T.
