Not sure I should even comment because my sleep schedule is kinda messed up. But it's more that I'm just having a hard time
getting myself into bed, really.
I just wanted to say that I had awful insomnia for over a year and during that time I was tested to be very deficient in vitamin D. So you might want to be tested for any deficiencies. (Low D can lead to pretty awful anxiety and insomnia). I really do think that D and calcium helped me. Along with those I took liquid melatonin (1 mg) and a small amount of valerian. You might want to check on those with a doc too? I really hope you find some relief. I know it is no fun to not sleep...
