I have taken Zopiclone and also Mirtazipine for my sleeping nothing helps me. I have had sleep issues since I was a kid.

Lately I have had to as I work shift work so sleeping after work helps me just 1-2 hours nothing major.

I slept 2 hours Saturday night around 6pm
