when ever this issue comes up on the boards moderators and administrators do post with in the community threads that diagnosing each other is not allowed here on psych central.

I have been here a long time and I know what the rules are. The moderators and admin only step in regarding diagnosing if members start to make others feel uncomfortable about being in this forum. That it is to say if one member states that another member is not allowed in this forum because they do not have DID.
Our expertise is welcomed here, many people have questions that they want answered and it is our job to make sure everyone feels welcomed here.
