The DES quiz states at the beginning that it is a screening tool, not used for diagnosis. But rather an indicator of whether one needs to seek more experienced help & testing.
All people dissociate to an extent. Daydreaming, etc. But there are differing levels of dissociation, that only a qualified therapist/Pdoc can help you with.
I scored a 69 on the DES...I have complex DID, per my T. (Complex = details and issues, not disgnostic label).
