I'm thankful for the server at lunch today that understood my need for gluten free food. We ate at Johnny Carino's an Italian place for lunch and I had printed out their gluten free menu and took it with me so was all prepared. I told the server I was going to be difficult and as soon as I started and said no breading on my chicken he said oh no gluten and he made sure my meal was made right.
