Fuzzy, being treated poorly or well is all about learning skills on how to take care of yourself, stand up for yourself and meet your needs. Those of us from dysfunctional families didn't learn these things but we can learn them at any time.

Fuzzy, do you think that it is helpful to continue to degrade yourself with these thoughts? I mean, yes, these thoughts are going to come to you because they were "implanted" there by your parents but you don't have to cooperate with them.

So you were angry because of how someone treated you and then when you get angry you feel scared and unsafe?
