I actually went out yesterday and didn't get sick. WOOHOO!! It was even to an Italian resturant. I knew pretty much ahead of time what I was going to order because I went online and printed out their gluten free menu and took it with me.

As soon as I started to make my order our waiter said oh gluten free. I said yes and he said my Uncle is like that and made sure my order was made right. Last time we ate there was a piece of pasta on my plate but I wasn't far enough out to make me sick. I now get sick if I even get a little gluten.

I am going to email the company about my pleasant experience.
