(((((Carinacan)))))....I can relate. I loved the cabinets. I could hide from Mom in the cabinets. But I am too big for them now. So my Little Ones hide in a space between my bed and dresser....lol, it is bigger than the cabinet and my closets are too full. I am sorry your mom doesn't understand. That makes me very sad. Please help make yourself feel as safe as you can...oh, another place I love is under the bed....no one looks there.  Especially for a grown body.
