That sounds like a hard position to be in. What did the professor say? It's too bad your fellow students are so ignorant, maybe they're afraid as I think everyone has some incidents that are like ADHD symptoms and only 25% of adults with ADHD are diagnosed when they are children.

Maybe make it personal :-) raise your hand and when called on say, "I have been diagnosed with ADHD if anyone would like to know more about it, let me know. That should at least quiet the stupid comments within your hearing!
