dear SilentWhisper,,, anytime you walk away from a conversation in tears, it was not all your fault. there is no compassionate person who could let it come to that~! so, i have to suspect that your collegues have some serious personal failings, too. protect yourself from your own bad opinions, and just try to get past the ditch in the road as best you can. also, if you have not heard of DBT therapy, it is supposed to help you learn some better social skills,, wishing you all the best,, Gus
