it looks like i'm the firs one ever posting here. I wonder why.
i've been struggling from paranoia since i have use of reason, pretty much everything is a sign of something bad is going to happen and i started to stop going out because i'm afraid that something might happen to me. Fear is not the word, because i'm not scared, like you would say scared, i feel like something is chasing me once i am out side, my own shadow becomes the worst enemy, that kind of thing.
how do you manage those attacks?
