I hate clothes shopping with a passion, so I tend to put it off for as long as possible. Well I finally decided that I could no longer put off shopping, largely because my last pair of casual pants suddenly ripped up the inside thigh. So I headed off to addition elle and bought 3 pairs of casual pants, and decided that since I was there I might as well get new undergarments too. My bras were at least 2 -3 years old (can't remember exactly when I bought them) and all the elastic was gone from them, and they basically weren't providing much in the way of support anymore. So I bought a couple of new bras in the proper size and ladies I look like a new woman. With support my breasts are positively perky, well perhaps boulder like is a better description since I'm a D, but at least they're now proudly high and not sagging down around my elbows. I also think it makes me look thinner, since you can now actually see my figure as opposed to slouchy lumpy bumps.

So if you need a good pick me up (pun intended) go buy a new bra.
