Dearest Gus & silentwhisper

Gus it is too blanket to say that if someone walks away crying it is never their doing. I have been in situations where it was and was not my doing and to be very honest with you my friend unless we are there, it is impossible judge that

silentwhisperer your expectations obviously did not match what your colleagues fealt you to expect. When something like this happens frustration is the bound result and with that comes tears, whether they be internal or external

Unless there is a contract it is difficult to bring things to bare and as such those colleagues of yours do not wish to be burdened with things other than in their own classrooms. This is of course unfair when they have made promise to do certain things

The most appropriate actions are deepening breaths to regain compsure and then explain to them what they promised and how it affects those they promised it to

I do hope you are able to manage this situation and bring it to conclusion
