Wow!!

To Doc John, all of our PC Staff and Volunteers, and to all of the PC members who supported me by donating and/or by offering your emotional support, I THANK YOU ALL so much!!

I received the funds a couple days ago. It has helped a lot!! It helped to cover my moving expenses and gas for the drive. It also helped to get me some groceries once I rolled into town and I was able to put a little towards getting some scrubs for work.

I am extremely grateful to you all!! My words don't feel like enough to show my appreciation. It's amazing what we all can do for eachother and what we do do for eachother daily. It felt a bit strange to ask for the help. I'm not good at asking for help. But I did, and you all were there to answer my call. It seems a bit surreal really. It really challenges some of my old programming around self worth and the way I feel others see me....or don't see me. I think that's a good thing.

I am moved into my new place now and it is great. My animals are settled in and I am getting there. I have started orientation for my new position and I am really impressed with this Health System. Things are looking up and my stress level is going down. Thank goodness for that.

So I don't feel like my words are enough.....but I don't know what else to do/say. So I'll just say THANK YOU ALL again for the financial assistance, for your thoughts and prayers, and for your emotional support. I do plan to return the favor as well and over the next month or so, as I begin to get some steady income, I will be prepared to assist with the next person who needs a helping hand.
