i snuck in here form the regular pTSD forum cos i saw the title - it happens to me too sometimes - people are used to the others there and they dont talk to you
maybe keep posting or go to support chat and see what happens there - but a lot of the time i find posting in the forums is better and chats are triggery for that and other reasons ( by the way i found out some people go to chat and then maybe get a PM and go off to answer that and forget they are in chat too )
